The majority of negotiations & execution of orders are done by Vinpa with domestic manufacturers & exporters on behalf of Zenufa Group of Companies and its overseas customers.
ENGINEERING
Vinpa’s role does not stop at procurement and installation of machines, but also assists in maintaining the existing plant machineries by providing technical support and immediate deliveries of spares when required.
DESIGNING & I.T. RELATED SERVICES
Based on the inputs received from our overseas offices, all the artwork for cartons, aluminum foil, products, stickers, promotional posters, translations (in various languages) are developed by our in-house team.
LOGISTICS
Vinpa arranges all the shipments and airfreight through reputed, direct shipping lines and freighters by which material reaches the destination on time, hence avoiding a loss in business.
Containers are also stuffed by consolidating materials from the direct exporters along with in-house (Vinpa) material. During the time of stuffing, all precaution is taken to avoid any pilferage.
Inspections, follow ups and final reports are arranged as per the requirements of the destination through inspection agencies like BIVAC, SGS or COTECNA. Final documents for in-house material and that from the direct suppliers are forwarded to the destination once the vessel or airline is set to leave.
FINISHED FORMULATIONS & ANALYTICAL SUPPORT
Vinpa continually keeps their overseas companies abreast on the introduction of newer molecules & pharmaceuticals related information from the Indian markets. Samples of such products are sent for their R&D and approvals. Vinpa is constantly in search of WHO/CGMP compliant pharmaceutical manufacturers who are interested in supplying/wishing to market their products in African markets.
Whenever Zenufa requires any support with respect to quality control of raw materials & finished products – same services are provided by Vinpa in association with reputed Laboratories in India. Information on QC related equipments & specialized standards followed in India and other developed countries are passed on to our overseas companies.
